The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a quiet atmosphere. The staff is helpful and the check-in and check-out processes are quick and hassle-free.

The best aspects of my stay were the fantastic breakfast spread and the comfortable and clean room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a great view from the higher floor. Another advantage was the convenient location, right across the road from the airport, which made it easy for weary travelers like myself to rest and relax after a long journey.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay. the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at Ibis! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Congonhas Airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bed with soft blankets. The dinner buffet was delicious, and the staff were professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the spaciousness of our room on the 12th floor, and the view from there was simply stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and gentle, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our medium-sized dog along with us. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and pleasant experience.
