Our room was not clean upon check-in, but the bathroom was spotless. The staff's English was not the best, but we managed to solve a taxi misunderstanding. The area is not the best, but the hotel's location is close to the city center. We booked a room for three people and were pleasantly surprised to find two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The rooms were a bit small, but the floor-to-ceiling windows made up for it. I would recommend this hotel despite a few minor drawbacks.

During our Xmas stay, we found the hotel to be new and modern, which was great. the breakfast offered was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. the location was convenient for us to explore the city, with a supermarket nearby. We also enjoyed having Netflix on the TV in our room, which gave us some downtime to relax.

There was a significant amount of hair and dust on the floor, which was not what we expected. some of the staff struggled with speaking English, which caused a misunderstanding when trying to call a taxi.
