Friendly staff, surprise birthday cake, private beach with turtle, enjoyable massages, delicious food.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Delightful surprise for my fiancee's birthday. Private beach area with a friendly turtle. Delicious food and awesome restaurant. Beautiful views and pools.

Nothing, everything was great.

The food was good, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel is situated near the city center and beaches, making it convenient to explore the area. It was nice to have access to a spa and pool during the holiday season.

there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance of the facility that detracted from our enjoyment of the hotel. the experience could have been better.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that satisfy all luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, beach access, massage and beauty treatments are some of the highlights. the garden area, sun terrace and outdoor dining area are perfect for leisure and entertainment.

the entertainment was great, but the night club was too loud for our taste.

Beautiful location right on the beach. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The design and view were stunning. I highly recommend visiting Insolito when in Buzios.
