The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. It is also near Capivari square, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with carpets that help keep the floor warm during the winter days. The breakfast offered is good with a variety of options to choose from.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the outdated decor and old carpets and towels.

The hotel had a few good things like free Wi-Fi and a heated swimming pool. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. However, the best part of our stay was the Christmas dinner. The food was delicious and there was a great variety of options.

The hotel was overall really disappointing. The rooms were old and small, the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, and there was no central heating.
