I had a wonderful stay at Harmony hotel in Pingyao. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The traditional courtyard and beautiful rooms added to the charm of the hotel. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the train station when I needed it. The hotel also offered delicious food at affordable prices. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay in Pingyao.

Spent Easter holiday at this hotel and it was amazing! the location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the ancient town. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, even organizing a taxi to pick us up from the train station and offering great recommendations for local restaurants. the traditional-style bed and furniture in our room added to the overall cultural experience. Plus, the courtyard and garden area were beautiful and provided a peaceful escape from the bustling town.

Our deluxe room was quite small and didn't match the description we received online. the shower area was also a bit inconvenient as the floor was always wet.

We had a fantastic stay here in this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historical center. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions on foot, thanks to the hotel's central position inside the City Walls. The staff were incredibly attentive and spoke excellent English, making our experience even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist us with arranging transport or providing helpful information about the area.

The hotel is perfectly located just outside the main old town centre, down a quiet alley way. It is close to all museums inside the old city and right in the centre of the old town. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were helpful and English speaking, ready to assist with trips around the area.

The breakfast options were limited and the coffee was expensive, which was a bit disappointing.
