Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room service. Excellent restaurant service. Good location. Not noisy. No highway noise. Stable internet connection.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had a comfortable king size bed. The breakfast offered various delicious dishes, including bread, coffee, sandwiches, fruits, and cakes. the parking lot was safe with security staff present at all times. The hotel's location was great, with relatively low traffic at night, providing a peaceful and quiet environment during our romantic escape.

The lack of knowledge of the English language by most of the staff made it difficult for international travelers who don't speak Portuguese. the individual air-conditioning units were quite noisy, and the windows were not soundproofed, leading to considerable noise coming from the busy avenue outside of the hotel.

Clean room, spacious bed. Safe parking lot with security. Quiet at night. Bright and clean breakfast room with variety of dishes. Delicious breakfast. Would stay again.
