The highlight for me was the Japanese onsen facilities, which were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was so convenient to have all the shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room at this hotel is spacious and even has a separate door between the bedroom and mini bar. The shared hot spring and sauna are a great feature, and you can even watch TV while enjoying the hot spring. The hotel also offers a refreshing milk from a vending machine. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of food, including mentaiko. The hotel's proximity to Canal City makes shopping convenient with the option to store your bags at the hotel.

Stayed at a hotel during Christmas in a bustling area. the location is perfect for those who want to do some last-minute shopping with several shops and malls around. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, and there was free hot soup available every night that was quite nice. the hotel was clean, and the staff was polite and welcomed us warmly. the best part was the hot bath provided by the hotel that was cozy and relaxing after a long day out.

The room was small with no enough space to accommodate our luggage, and it was quite suffocating with minimal ventilation. the Wi-Fi was slow, and it was challenging to watch videos or utilize it to work.

Great value with onsen, shuttle service, breakfast, and free noodle at night. Small room but sufficient for sleeping. Pleasing experience, will book again on next trip.

Dormy Inn was fantastic in every way - from the delicious and varied breakfast, which even included Japanese dishes, to the convenient sink outside the bathroom. the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the onsen bath was the best we had during our entire holiday, and the rooms, although small , were clean and well-equipped. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to Hakata station. the location was ideal for exploring Hakata station and other tourist attractions. it was a great value for money experience.
