Upon arriving at this luxurious hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exclusive amenities offered. the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were both refreshing and relaxing, while the sauna and steam room provided an extra level of comfort. the private facilities in my room were also a highlight, including a well-stocked minibar and plush, comfortable bedding. the hotel's beachfront location allowed for easy access to the stunning coastline, and the poolside snack bar served delicious treats to enjoy while lounging in the garden area.

While there was a bar/lounge area available, I found the entertainment to be lacking compared to other luxury hotels I have visited.

Pleasant staff, nice pool area, varied breakfast, comfortable room, great kids activities, clean room.

The breakfast spread was quite good and had a variety of options to choose from. the children's activity center was a hit among the kids, keeping them entertained throughout the day. the hotel's proximity to the beach made it easy to access and provided stunning views of the ocean as well, which was a great experience.

The rooms were inadequate and poorly maintained, with torn towels and no toiletries. the hotel staff lacked professionalism and was unhelpful.

The kids had packed days with great activities. The room was basic but clean, with no air conditioning issues. The staff was pleasant and the pool area was nice. Breakfast had a good variety, including regional options. The location was close to the beach.
