The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring the area. The view from the rooms is nice, and the TV has a variety of movie channels to enjoy. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we had. the hotel was located in a prime location with easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore the city.

Some plumbing problems caused brown water to come out of the sinks and bathtub, and there were occasional water leaks in the bathroom. the hotel charges a significant amount for airport transfer services compared to local taxi services.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and professional, fulfilling all of our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness center was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments such as body scrubs, massages, facials, and more. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were also exceptional.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the room lacked a make-up service. the room advantages more than made up for this small overlooked detail.
