Large, clean bedroom with great linens and plenty of light. Kids room was enjoyable for my little girl. Well-located near the seashore and shopping mall. Friendly staff always willing to help. Awesome rooftop pool and bar to relax in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a block away from the beach and connected to a shopping center. The breakfasts provided were enjoyable and the rooftop bar and pool were a perfect spot to relax. The friendly staff, especially Gustavo and Sidney, made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santos. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the beach, restaurants, and a shopping center. We were also able to easily explore the historic center of town. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast provided a great start to the day, offering a variety of delicious options. the hotel had excellent facilities and provided a wonderful experience.

That it was difficult to get tickets for a show at the local theater.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I especially enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the bar/lounge area, where I could relax and enjoy a drink. I had a great time here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great time at this hotel. the breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the pool was large and clean with a bar where we could grab a drink. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel was also close to many restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the beach.

The noise from the surrounding area was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. Despite these downsides, we still had a pleasant stay overall.
