We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area with stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and always being available to help. We also loved the variety of activities offered, from the spa and swimming pools to the nightly live shows. The highlights for us were the delicious breakfast buffet and the convenience of the on-site shops and medical facilities. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that we would highly recommend to families.

The walls in our room were thin, leading to constant disturbances from our neighbors. Additionally, the promised sea view was obstructed by trees and other buildings.

The hotel had a great selection of food with daily variety. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcomed. the location was perfect, close to town but not too noisy at night. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to get around the hotel.

The room was a bit of a walk from the main amenities and could be difficult for the elderly or those with mobility issues. the pool area was quite crowded during peak times and finding a lounger was sometimes challenging.

The hotel's animation programme for children in German was a big hit with our kids. The facilities were plentiful, and the food was delicious with a great variety. Our spacious room had a stunning ocean view, and the staff were multilingual and friendly. The pools were enjoyable, and the entertainment staff, especially Adri, made our stay memorable.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the beach and near everything, but not surrounded by the noisy nightlife. The rooms are clean and contemporary, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. The service is excellent, with daily room cleaning. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh options. The hotel has four swimming pools, well-designed for both peace and quiet and family fun.

The poolside assistance could be improved, as there was a shortage of parasols and staff were unaware of how to provide them.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is really nice, slightly out of town but within walking distance to one of the most beautiful spots to enjoy sunsets. The overall atmosphere is perfect for a good and safe family vacation. The service here is amazing and the staff is really helpful, always prompt to assist you. The amenities provided are top-notch, from the spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and in-room safe, to the various dining options including a buffet breakfast and poolside snack bar. The entertainment provided is also great, with shows and activities for both kids and adults to enjoy. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, add to the enhanced comfort and quality of this place.

Dealing with an apprentice staff who had no idea of how things work here. However, this should not deter anyone from choosing this hotel as the overall experience was fantastic.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Marble Stella Maris in Ibiza for a family vacation. The buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant were extremely helpful and kind. We also loved that the hotel had 4 tennis courts to practice on, and the swimming pool facilities were spacious and well-maintained. The surrounding coves near the hotel were truly picturesque, adding to our memorable experience.

To make navigating the hilly terrain easier, the hotel had a convenient buggy service that took guests to their rooms. the entertainment provided was impressive, especially considering it was still just out of season. the hotel had plenty of sun beds around the pools, making it easy to relax and soak up the sun. the daily room cleaning ensured a comfortable and immaculate environment.
