Nothing it was perfect.

The room was spacious with good amenities, including a microwave and fridge. The location was convenient, with a shopping center and hypermarket nearby, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi and lobby computers were a plus.

The bathroom was challenging for those with mobility issues and needed some maintenance. The corridors lacked decor and had a musty smell.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. This place is located in the best neighborhood of the city, making it super convenient to get to shops and restaurants. The fact that it's close to everything and feels safe is a huge plus for me. Additionally, the staff provided top-notch service and were always friendly and helpful. The amenities offered here, such as room service and laundry, were truly outstanding. I also loved the fact that there was a welcome drink upon arrival, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in an upper-class district, close to a shopping mall and various dining options. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy a variety of eateries within walking distance. It is also a good base for excursions to the nearby jungle.

Some guests have mentioned that there is no hot water in the showers, which can be inconvenient.

The Mercure exceeded our expectations in terms of value. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite a language barrier, they patiently assisted me in setting up my phone. The hotel also provided a great breakfast, which our entire group enjoyed. Although there were some noise disruptions from neighboring dogs, I plan on staying at the Mercure again and highly recommend it. I had a memorable and satisfying stay at this hotel.
