Parking was free, which was a pleasant surprise. Great value for the location to Newport Beach, shopping, and restaurants. TV channels were limited but enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfy, sheets were above average, and pillows were fluffy. AC worked perfectly. Loved the coffee maker and the amazing rainfall shower. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with a nice view of the pool area. Staff was professional and helpful. Prime location close to freeways, mall, and dining options. Loved everything about my stay!

The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub surrounded by plants for privacy. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant offered good food, happy hour, and great burger prices. The Sunday brunch buffet was very good and reasonably priced. The rooms were updated and the hotel had transportation available.

The room was clean and upscale, with a comfortable bed and a good TV. The coffee in the room was also a nice touch. The staff was very helpful in addressing any issues I had, and the free airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was excellent. a pleasant experience.
