The hotel is conveniently located in the "oriental" neighborhood, close to the subway and in the Japanese neighborhood. The rooms are large, clean, and have a charming old fashioned atmosphere. The bathroom features a deep tub, perfect for a spa-like experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, speaking good English. The restaurant offers a delicious Japanese breakfast, as well as a continental buffet. The lobby has a karaoke bar, popular among Brazilian-Japanese young people.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and restaurant, have a gloomy ambiance and may require refurbishing.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a walking distance to all the stores in Liberdade, the central commercial area of the city, and it feels safe. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Japanese style breakfast options at Nikkey Palace. Having a heavy breakfast is important to us, and they delivered with a variety of delicious choices. The cozy and authentic ambiance added to the overall experience.

Stayed in an exotic hotel at the heart of an Asian district. the area is safe and has many great Japanese restaurants. the hotel is conveniently close to the subway station and not far from the city center. the lobby has a welcoming Asian vibe, and the staff speaks English fluently. the room is spacious and features an old-fashioned decor that adds to its charm. the bathroom has a deep Japanese-style bathtub that's perfect for relaxation. Breakfast at the Japanese restaurant in the basement was amazing, offering both continental and Japanese buffet.

The bathroom could use a bit of remodeling as some fixtures need a refresh. Sleeping past 8 AM is unlikely due to ongoing construction in the area.
