Our stay at Novotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Gonzaga, surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. The room was modern and comfortable, with a glass door bathroom providing a unique and stylish touch. The rain shower had a strong flow, which was a great feature. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and accommodating, and the cappuccino I ordered late at night was delivered promptly. The shower with a view was also a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, such as some impolite staff members and the rooms not being as clean as we expected. The bed sheets were not changed until our last day, despite leaving a request for it.
