The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, with neat and well-maintained facilities. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, with convenient stores and various food stalls nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made our stay hassle-free. The breakfast buffet is good, and the view from the restaurant overlooking the lake is lovely.

The breakfast on the 9th floor offered beautiful views and the staff accommodated all my requests, including moving my room and storing my luggage.
