We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Novotel. They went out of their way to assist us with our needs and were always friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as slow internet and limited dining options, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.
