I recently stayed at a fantastic all-inclusive hotel in Natal for a week. The spacious rooms and beautiful swimming pool area were highlights of my stay. The beach, although only accessible for a limited time, was stunning and the hotel provided beach towels and everything we needed. The breakfast had a wide range of options and the Le Soleil restaurant was particularly delicious. The staff, from the friendly waiters to the helpful cleaning personnel, made our stay pleasant.

The property appeared rundown and in need of repairs. The rooms were not well-maintained, with nonworking electrical outlets and lamps, damaged walls, and broken molding.

I got upgraded to a fantastic room with a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with great pools and easy access to the beach. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to several restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated all of my requests.

Hard to think of anything.

During my weekend stay, I really enjoyed the variety of food and drink options available. The buffet had a great selection and the drinks at the poolside and inside bars were delicious. Additionally, the staff at the hotel was friendly and eager to help, especially the reception team.

While the hotel had its positive aspects, I did have a few issues during my stay. The check-in process was delayed, and the room was not ready until after the specified time.
