We got great value for our money at Bb Hotels Smarthotel Bailey'S. The room was cozy and the inside courtyard view made it dark and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, just a short walk to popular attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Gerald at reception who went out of his way to recommend good restaurants, gelato shops, and tourist places. He even helped us at the bar, even though it was closed and not his job. Thanks to him and all the other staff of the hotel!

Great service and friendly staff made me feel at home right away. the receptionist was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and also easily accessible by metro and bus. a fantastic experience.

Sound isolation between rooms was poor, and we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, which disrupted our sleep. the hotel's policy of paying the city tax in cash was not convenient, and the constant reminders about paying the bill felt unprofessional.
