Great service and friendly staff made me feel at home right away. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and also easily accessible by metro and bus. a fantastic experience.

Sound isolation between rooms was poor, and we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, which disrupted our sleep. The hotel's policy of paying the city tax in cash was not convenient, and the constant reminders about paying the bill felt unprofessional.
