The staff at Omega Palace Hotel took care of our needs promptly and efficiently. When we discovered that our room had no hot water, they quickly moved us to a different room where the water flow was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast, although simple, was delivered to our room in a timely manner and included a variety of options. The hotel's proximity to the bus station was convenient for our travel plans. I would recommend this hotel for its attentive service and good value for money.

Spent our Xmas here and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast delivery right to our doorstep was a nice touch.
