What a fantastic stay! the location of this hotel is superb. With trams just steps away, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff here are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and not a single uncomfortable bed in sight. Plus, the breakfast included was a great start to the day. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

The nearby tram stops allowed me to effortlessly navigate the city and even reach the airport without any additional fares. The reception desk provided change for the tram ticket machines, ensuring a smooth travel experience. The clean and reasonably sized rooms offered adequate closet space and a keyless-entry safe. Despite the small elevator, the hotel was well-equipped to accommodate guests with their own telephone number for direct calls and programmed wake-up calls. The breakfast room on the 5th floor, though small, provided a satisfactory continental breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location near the old town allowed for easy access to attractions and the availability of free Wi-Fi made staying connected a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.
