Friendly and competent staff, especially Gilvane and Joaquim. The baby/kids area with microwave was a highlight, as was the tourist guide desk. Close proximity to waterfalls for convenient tours. Large swimming pool, live music, aqua park, and park in the woods provided entertainment. a highly recommended option.

The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The breathtaking Falls, which are a must-visit, are just a short distance away. And if you're looking for some fun, the water park is right next door. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff and prompt assistance. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of choices to suit every taste.

It's a shame that there aren't many shops or restaurants in the vicinity, so you'll need transportation to reach the city center.

The resort provided us with easy access to both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls. We found it convenient to access Ciudad del Este as well. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the maid service was neat and efficient. the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the dinner was delicious.

Although the resort is family-friendly, as a couple, we found the atmosphere a bit noisy and hectic at times, as there were many children around. the English proficiency of the staff was not up to the level we expected, and there were some issues with mistranslations on the hotel webpage.
