The Christmas activities organized by the hotel were a great way to spend the holidays. The decorations in the common areas were festive and cheerful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room was not clean upon arrival, and we had to ask twice for housekeeping to come in. The hotel staff seemed disorganized and disconnected, with some giving misinformation about local tours and activities.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location above the river was absolutely stunning, providing breathtaking views from our terrace. We were impressed with the excellent service, from the friendly staff to the prompt room service. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our stay.
