The wifi service is unreliable and the air conditioner in the rooms doesn't work, making it uncomfortable during hot weather.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms on the fourth floor with kitchenettes are a convenient feature for longer stays, providing guests with a home-like experience. Awesome staff, great service! the beds were very comfortable and the room was really spacious. Loved the balcony view, too. It had a small but nice fitness area with good equipment and the delicious breakfast was served in a clean and friendly environment. the room service was super prompt and the pool was relaxing.

The Wi-Fi needed improvement. Elevators were confusing and required detours when going to the restaurant.

During our stay at Capital O Park Tower, we were impressed by the convenient location, just a short walk away from various restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchenette and balcony, adding a touch of home to our stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Although the breakfast selection was limited on some days, it was still enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Campinas.
