Comfortable rooms and excellent location

We stayed at the Plaza for 2 nights in late August. We were pleasantly surprised with our modern and spotless room. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the abundance of mirrors was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Sannomiya and close to public transportation. Despite a small bathroom, our overall experience was great. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.

This hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the train station and close to all the popular areas. I loved that I could easily walk to the shops and restaurants in the Motomachi area, and even Chinatown was nearby. The convenience was unbeatable.

This place is definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. the rooms were well-maintained, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. the hotel's location was also a great advantage, with easy access to public transport options and a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from in the surrounding area.

My only criticism of this hotel would be the size of the bathroom, which was quite small and cramped. the check-in process was a bit confusing, and the staff struggled with English communication, making it difficult to resolve any issues that arose.
