Our recent stay at Pousada Bartholomeu was a delightful experience. The charming, old-style house in the center of town created a unique and authentic atmosphere. The room we stayed in had beautiful views across the roofs of Paraty. The breakfast provided was generous, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, bread, and delicious local treats. The location was convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Despite the occasional noise from festivals and lively conversations in the patio, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pousada. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Paraty.

The noise level in the hotel could be disturbing, with street noise, live music, and people walking around. some aspects of the room were not in perfect condition, such as the shower and the temperature control of the air conditioning.
