And let's not forget the jaw-dropping bathing areas! After a long day of walking, finding a perfect bathtub was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the thoughtful amenity bag was a lovely gesture. The location was great, with easy access to Shibuya's center, and the convenience store next door was an added bonus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, from carrying my luggage to calling a taxi for me. The bath and dressing room are amazing! Everything is very clean and well cared for, and the bath amenities are great quality and always available. The property provides a nice robe as well. Check-in was smooth and the capsule is a nice size with light options and an alarm clock which is very convenient. The two lockers provided give enough space to lock away valuables, and there is a small space in the corner for larger bags so storage is not an issue.

I arrived at Nadeshiko Hotel Shibuya late at night and was greeted by a helpful staff member who made me feel welcomed and at ease. The hotel had a calming atmosphere and was kept very clean. I loved the cute welcome kit and the small sink and toilet in my room. The onsen bathroom was hot and well-maintained. Despite the thin mattress, I still had a comfortable sleep in the capsule. Although there were limited power outlets, the staff was always willing to assist me. The location was also convenient, being close to Shinsen station and just a short walk from Shibuya. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and relaxing experience.

They even offered free luggage storage, which was incredibly helpful. the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, including calling a taxi for me. it was a quaint and cozy place to rest, with thoughtful touches like yukatas and a goodie bag provided.
