As low-budget travelers, we loved the value for money at this hotel. The staff spoke English well and provided excellent service. The pool area was a highlight, with a jacuzzi and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was clean, well-decorated, and had all the facilities we needed. Highly recommend!

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the historic center, making it convenient for exploring the cobbled streets, bars, restaurants, and shops. It offers a charming colonial building with nicely decorated communal areas, including a main sitting-room/bar/breakfast area and a pool bar. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English, providing helpful directions and advice.

The WiFi reception in the rooms can be intermittent, making it unreliable for internet access.

Nice clean rooms, with a special mention for the outside shower in the Superior room. The pousada maintained a traditional heritage feel in the historic center of Paraty. Conveniently located near the historic center, the river, and good bars and restaurants. Thoughtful touches like valet car service and infused mineral water in the reception area.

The rooms are spacious, pleasantly furnished, and offer a comfortable stay. The bathrooms have hot water and are well-maintained. The breakfast provided by this hotel is delicious, with several options available, including lactose-free milk, and it is nicely served.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory; there is nothing that needs improvement.
