The check-in experience could've been better. One staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful, while the other provided suggestions for dining and entertainment. Cleaning staff was below average. there are nicer places to stay for a lower price. Majority of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The Costa D'Este Beach Resort & Spa has a great location with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool deck, although small, offers a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at the pool are friendly and attentive, providing refreshing drinks and even frozen grapes.

The poolside breakfast was delightful, with delicious food and a refreshing complementary morning coffee. The staff was excellent, very polite, and accommodating. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom shower was fantastic. The front desk, especially Jeff, provided immediate response and resolution to any issues. The management sent a lovely platter of fruit, cheese, and crackers to our room as a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.

My weekend at Costa was amazing! I had booked a room with a view but was upgraded to a penthouse suite with stunning views of the ocean. The food at The Wave Kitchen & Bar was delicious and the service was exceptional. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is situated in a charming part of town near the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and nice views, either of the pool or the ocean. The bathroom has a good showerhead with nice water pressure and good toiletries, which makes it very pleasing to use. In addition, employees provide excellent service, being very helpful and kind.

The food at the hotel's restaurant is extremely pricey, discouraging guests from enjoying a meal at the resort.

Amazing getaway close to home! The room had a breathtaking view and the service staff were incredibly helpful. The food at the pool bar and main dining room was delicious. Plus, we got the chance to meet Gloria Estefan and take pictures with her at a birthday party. Talk about a cherry on top!

The prices of the food and drinks were a bit steep, but that's to be expected at a resort. Plus, the rooms were a bit average and I couldn't connect my firestick.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort! The pool area was fantastic, with a great view from the second floor. The beachfront side was also incredible, offering a beautiful and not crowded beach. The pool bar was a highlight, serving amazing drinks. The location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The view from our room was not the best, with a wall and cars parked against it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right on the beach and within walking distance to upscale shopping and great restaurants. It was so relaxing to be able to walk out straight onto the beach for an early morning walk. The room was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the modern decor. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time at the resort. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary. We can't wait to stay here again!
