While our experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive, one area that could be improved is the language barrier. Although the staff did their best to communicate despite the language differences, having more English-speaking team members could make interactions smoother for international guests.

They offer instant solutions to any issues that arise, such as providing alternative transportation or cleaning and drying wet clothes. The recommendations they gave us were spot-on, and the included breakfast was delicious and varied. We felt like part of their family during our stay.
