Great breakfast spread and rooms were kept clean. the location was spot on as I could easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and approachable and made me feel at home. It was a great way to spend Christmas.

The showers did not work properly during my stay and the heating system was turned on and off at their own convenience. street noises could be heard from the front rooms.
