Location is convenient and close to popular shops and restaurants. Staff were accommodating and polite. Breakfast was tasty.

Room was not cleaned properly and had hair on the beds. the heating system did not work and there were only thin blankets provided, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep during the cold nights.

This hotel is located in a really good neighborhood, right next to a shopping center. It is not far from São Paulo center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet, with ample storage space. The bathrooms have 24/7 hot water and enclosed shower stalls. The staff is very polite and helpful, with many of them speaking some English. The housekeeping service is also courteous.

Some guests have mentioned that there were no comforters provided in the rooms, which made their stay a little uncomfortable at night.

I was impressed with the spaciousness of the room and the large windows, allowing a lot of natural light to come in. The bed was also very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the room had a modern and inviting ambiance. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness, as the room was spotless. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a shopping center and various dining options within walking distance.

The air conditioning system could be improved as the bright blue lights from the display were a bit distracting at night, making it difficult to sleep. It would be great if there was an option to dim or turn off the lights.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better – it's right next to a shopping centre with plenty of amazing restaurants. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and a delicious continental breakfast. I also appreciated the free toiletries and in-room safe. This place truly exceeded my expectations!
