I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location near a hypermarket and other retail outlets. The staff were lovely and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well laid out. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was great, with a choice of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, and delicious cakes. The staff also catered well for those with dietary requirements, which was a pleasant surprise.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Great for a short stay. Affordable and convenient. the staff are friendly and always happy to help. the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything needed for a business stay. the hotel also offers free parking and is located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The location may not be ideal for tourists wanting to be in the heart of the city, as it's located in a business area. There isn't a restaurant on site, so you have to venture out for meals.

One specific situation: We were pleasantly surprised when a kind staff member went out of their way to assist us in getting hot water for our flask, even though we hadn't paid for breakfast. It was a small gesture, but it made our stay at Ibis Soissons feel extra welcoming. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms added to our overall satisfaction. Although there were some drawbacks, such as the lack of a restaurant and difficulty in finding the hotel, I would still recommend this hotel for a stopover.
