As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in the hotel's great location in the Jardim Paulista area. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and provided full-service assistance. The new rooms were spacious and allowed me to comfortably practice my yoga every morning. The bed was extremely comfortable with high-quality bedding. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were excellent. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily visit nearby shops and restaurants.

Had an awesome Christmas here! Loved how they included a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room, such a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, so easy to get around. loved the rooftop pool with amazing views.

The breakfast area was busy and a bit cramped, but the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us quickly. the towels were changed every day, which is great for cleanliness but not great for the environment.

This hotel offers an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, sun terrace, and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas are also top, notch, with delicious breakfast options. the service is exceptional, and the location is prime for visiting nearby shops, restaurants, and bars.

While most aspects of this hotel are top, notch, there was some minor issue with the Wi, Fi reception, which could be improved. Despite this, the room advantages provided an excellent stay with comfortable beds and beautiful lighting, making it worth returning to this venue.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on Rua Oscar Freire, one of the world's top-ten shopping streets. Adjacent to this upscale shopping area, you'll find a great variety of outrageously priced boutique shops, perfect for indulging in some retail therapy. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small kitchen and fridge for added convenience. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast spread is impressive. Plus, the views from the rooms are stunning.

One downside is that the bathroom could use a refurbishment, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
