We had a fantastic stay at Emerald Waters Hotel Valley! The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The location in the old quarter was perfect, allowing us to explore on foot. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent, with many great spots, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The hotel was also near a lovely lake, perfect for evening walks. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a helpful safe for our valuables. The bathroom was beautiful, with a lovely shower and luxurious interior. The breakfast, which was served in a hotel across the road, was delicious.

The staff were helpful in every step of the way. They catered to all our needs and made us feel at home. They even gave us valuable inputs on sightseeing and shopping. the property was located perfectly amidst the city which made sightseeing and exploring the city very efficient. the breakfast in the sister hotel across the street was good, and we liked it so much we came back to stay another night.

The walls are very thin, so it can be a little noisy depending on the considerateness of other guests. there were no windows in the room which was a little claustrophobic.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Town, yet tucked away in a small alley providing a quiet escape from the noise of the road. The staff were extremely accommodating, providing excellent service and understanding when we needed to make last minute changes. The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness centre was also a great addition, with amazing massages and other treatments available.
