The staff is friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, and you can even have eggs made to order.

The hotel's karaoke and casino facilities are lacking.

My husband and I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and we were extremely impressed. I am currently pregnant and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. They provided a bath mat to prevent any accidents, and even surprised us with extra waters and a welcoming gift. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and delicious pao de queijo. This hotel is not only work-friendly but also family-friendly, as they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Had a delightful Thanksgiving stay in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and appealing to every taste. The location was perfect, being close to both shopping and entertainment venues. We also enjoyed the cozy restaurant which had a great menu to choose from.

The only slight downside was there was no shuttle service available for airport transfers which meant we had to find our own transportation. , the fitness center was adequate but could have had more equipment available.
