Not one thing.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. the breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a good selection of food options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation stops, which made getting around the city easy.

While my stay was overall pleasant, there were some negative aspects to note. the room I stayed in had a damaged TV screen, which detracted from my experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the underground and Tietê bus terminal. The metro station is also within close proximity, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and there is a nice view from some of the rooms.

The hotel lacks a wine bottle opener, which can be inconvenient for guests who want to enjoy a bottle of wine in their room.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was excellent, being close to Tiradentes station and just a short walk to the center of the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The room itself was small but cozy, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of options to start the day off right.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
