The location of the resort is stunning, situated on the lakeside where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The chalets offer comfortable beds and some even have fireplaces, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served on the lakeside is delightful, offering a wide variety of choices. The resort also offers a range of facilities including swimming pools, tennis courts, and activities for both kids and adults.

Some guests mentioned that there was a need for improvement in the housekeeping service, with delays in receiving it or even the absence of it on some occasions.

The scenery was amazing! the beach was beautiful and the water was clear. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the pool was nice and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was not good, not enough options and the food was not fresh. the room was small and outdated, the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad.
