Great place for families! Our oceanfront suite was spacious and had a nice view. Rooms come with kitchen, microwave, and big fridge. Loved the pools, especially the kids' one and the hot tub. Staff was super friendly and fixed our AC fast. Fun activities like bowling and ice cream. Would recommend for sure!

Great views and spacious accommodations

Coral Beach Resort offers fantastic ocean views and roomy accommodations. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs, and the shower was impressively powerful. some amenities could use improvement, like cleaner pools and friendlier front desk staff. a comfortable stay with lovely privacy.

The lack of handicapped parking spots made it challenging to find a suitable spot, and the absence of a safety handrail in the tub/shower was a safety concern. It would have been helpful to have more information about the facility restaurant hours and menus in the room, as well as a menu board posted onsite to make dining choices easier. the oceanfront location provided easy access to the beach, and we enjoyed spending time by the nice big pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The comfortable bed and onsite coffee shop were also convenient amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools and splash pad were perfect for our kids, and having a full kitchenette in the room with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove was a great convenience. there were some areas where improvements could be made. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, with dirty areas under the fridge and couch, as well as a mildew smell coming from the cabinets. the lack of daily trash pick up and a complete cleaning as promised was disappointing. Overall. the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating, especially when it came to fulfilling requests like providing a pack n play for our toddler or addressing maintenance issues in the room promptly. The lack of sharp knives in the kitchen and the inconsistent cleaning schedule were also areas for improvement. Despite these issues, we appreciated the efforts made by the staff to make our stay enjoyable.

The place was a disaster! Our balcony didn’t lock despite repairs, leaving us feeling unsafe. Plus, they constantly ignored our requests for towels and supplies. It really dampened our experience, and I'd definitely steer clear of this resort.

The indoor pool and Roman bath area were absolute highlights of my stay! The comfy bed and strong, hot shower made me feel like royalty. Plus, the vibes in the 6th-floor lounge were perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day!

Staff friendliness was a highlight. Kerri, the night manager, really made an effort to accommodate my hearing needs, and maintenance guy Darrel was cheerful and prompt. The kids loved the kiddie pool while adults enjoyed the beach bar. our room fell short—unpleasant odors, dirty stovetop, and a leaking sink were frustrating. Housekeeping didn’t service our room even once during our stay. The kitchenette lacked essentials, forcing us to buy our own supplies. the amenities were enjoyable, but the service quality didn’t match our past experiences. A mixed bag, to say the least.

The ocean view from my room is a solid 10 out of 10. The pools are plenty and the kids area is a blast.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Temperature control was effective, keeping the atmosphere pleasant. the room showed signs of wear; the cleanliness could have been better, and there was an unpleasant smell. Ample parking made access convenient. The kitchenette, though useful, lacked some essential tools and utensils. Still, the ease of preparing breakfast was a plus. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for restful nights. The hotel’s proximity to the beach was appreciated. Despite some issues, the staff was friendly, adding a positive note to the experience. The indoor pools were enjoyable for the kids.

Ideal spot for families with fun attractions nearby

My family and I had a great time being just steps away from the beach, where we could easily enjoy the lively boardwalk and all the attractions like Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Waterpark, both within a short walking distance of around 15 minutes, plus there’s plenty of great dining options just around the corner including Dino's Pizza and Captain Crab Calabash Seafood less than a 5-minute walk away; the pools at the hotel were fantastic for kids, allowing for endless fun and play, but we did notice some areas of the hotel that could use a little more attention to cleanliness.
