Loved the location! The resort was always spotless, and I had all the towels I could wish for. The check-in was a breeze, making my stay even more enjoyable.

However, my TV sounded like it was auditioning for a ghost movie, and my lights buzzed like they were on a mission to annoy me.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with beach access just steps away and a well-stocked kitchen that added convenience to our stay.

my room was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay! as if that wasn't enough, I expected at least a complimentary breakfast for my troubles, but no special treatment was afforded to me at all. just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor and indoor pools, and a game room. The staff helped with my elderly parents during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I always recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The indoor heated pool is absolutely fantastic, spacious enough for everyone to enjoy, while the outdoor pool adjacent to the oceanfront bar is stunning. The food offerings were impressive, especially the decadent cakes that became a family favorite. However, there were minor hiccups, such as inconsistent cleanliness in some common areas and a couple of slow elevators during peak times, which detracted a bit from the overall experience. Despite those issues, the welcoming staff and the great family atmosphere make it a memorable place to return to.

Our oceanview room was lovely and spacious, but the old carpet made the place smell a bit musty. Breakfast was decent, with made-to-order omelettes, and the lazy river was a blast! I'd definitely come back!

The splash park was a hit with the kids, and the bowling was super fun! Plus, we loved the numerous outdoor pools.

The staff was friendly and helpful! A great view from our room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was decent, and the arcade room was a lot of fun.

The indoor pool could use more frequent cleaning. The housekeepers were not very responsive when we requested bedding.
