This hotel is centrally placed for easy access to attractions in a area that's close to many things but far enough away from the crowds. The location right on the beach provides a breathtaking view from the balcony. The amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi, were awesome.

The staff could have been more friendly and had better customer service. They were hard to understand and not very hospitable in explaining room charges at checkout.

Our weekend getaway was a blast! The food was top notch and we enjoyed a great discount. The facilities were up to our standards, modern and cleaned daily. We truly appreciated being able to step right onto the beach from our room. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store nearby and a means of transportation to the nearby attractions.

Our stay would have been perfect if it weren't for the lack of repairs done on the swimming pools. A couple of signs here and there reminding the guests of the pool rules would have done the trick too. We also found that check-ins and outs crowded the elevators, which caused quite the inconvenience. Despite these issues, we still had a wonderful time relaxing and overall the experience was great!

The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovations. The fixtures were old, the tub didn't drain properly, and the small size was disappointing. The room had dusty drapes and a flickering light, which was annoying. Additionally, the lack of a pull-out sofa was inconvenient.
