This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs, from the exclusive amenities to the first-class service. The outdoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to relax and take in the garden area. The spa lounge offered a selection of massages, and the steam room was an excellent way to unwind. The restaurant and poolside snack bar were also fantastic, with a diverse menu and friendly staff.

The pool with a view was not heated, so I couldn't swim in it during the colder days. However, this minor issue didn't ruin my experience at the hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which allowed for a good night's rest. The view from the window was breathtaking, oh, and the garden in front of our balcony was really lovely and romantic. Perfect for a romantic getaway with my love. The location was pretty convenient as we could easily walk to the restaurants and stores.

The room wasn't as clean as we expected. We found some hair in the shower and stains on the sheets.

I had the most surprising stay at a hidden gem in the mountains. The location was perfect, close to downtown yet nestled in a peaceful closed condominium. The classic decor and attentive staff made it a truly upscale and relaxing experience. The pool area was stunning, although only the small jacuzzi was heated. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. Situated in the mountains and surrounded by beautiful woods, it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Despite being nestled in nature, it was remarkably close to everything, including the downtown area. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. Additionally, the hotel offered fantastic facilities such as a pool and gym, ensuring plenty of enjoyment during our visit.

One downside we encountered during our stay was the presence of insects in the rooms. Although we understood the hotel's location in the woods may attract bugs, it would have been better if there were fewer insects inside the rooms.
