We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The pool area was beautiful and we loved the amazing cocktails. We also appreciated the proximity to shopping areas and other key attractions.

Although generally comfortable, the breakfast could do with a few improvements such as more variety and fresh juice. we found the room to be too cold at times, and in retrospect, we should have requested an extra blanket or two.

The rooms at this hotel could use a bit more space and the windows do not open. While the room is well-equipped with exclusive amenities, a balcony would have been a great addition.

I especially enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the refreshing cocktails at the poolside. the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

There was a minor inconvenience with noisy gardeners around the pool area disrupting the tranquility.

The hotel staff at Ac Hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The modern and chic rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The pool was amazing, and we enjoyed sipping on the delicious cocktails, especially the best Mojito we've ever had! The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping malls and supermarkets. Getting an Uber was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Punta Cana.
