I had a great time at the hotel in Campinas. The location was perfect, with several nice restaurants nearby. The internal gardens were stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the restaurant by it, where I had a delicious meal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the gardens. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. a fantastic experience.

I found the bathroom facilities a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Delicious meals, clean areas, great service. Some employees delayed, but most were attentive. Internet issues resolved after billing confusion. enjoyable stay.

I must say, the Caipirinhas at this hotel were absolutely incredible! I couldn't resist indulging in about a hundred of them during my stay. And let's not forget the delicious fifty pounds of meat that I savored. It was a true culinary delight!

Despite the compact size, the bathroom was functional, although I do suggest replacing the shower head for a better experience. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable 19°C without any unpleasant moldy odors.

Staying at this hotel felt truly luxurious given the exclusive amenities provided. We had access to the most amazing outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the Spa & wellness centre was top notch. The live entertainment was a standout feature, and the massage and facial treatments at the Spa centre were simply divine. The room advantages, especially the in-room breakfast service, added to the indulgent experience. The restaurant was fantastic, offering a range of delectable options including a restaurant buffet and continental breakfast.

There was a minor issue with the steam room and sauna facilities, which could have been better maintained. Despite this, the other private facilities were excellent, including the beautiful sun terrace and garden area.

The hotel had a nice pool area and the breakfast spread was pretty good. It is also located near the airport which made it easy to get to. Another advantage was the free shuttle service to nearby places.

The room was really small and there were no other amenities offered by the hotel. it was not a great value for the price paid.
