The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very efficient, making for a nice escape from the heat. The location was a key selling point, with the beach just a short walk away. The breakfast was tasty and provided a good selection of food.

The bathroom facilities were a bit cramped, and there was limited space for toiletries. The decor in some parts of the hotel was starting to look a bit dated and could use some refreshing. While the pool was present, it was quite small and not particularly inviting, meaning it wasn't used by many guests.
