The hotel had incredible architecture, spotlessly clean rooms, and was conveniently located near the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned and vacuumed daily. The new wing where we stayed was modern and everything seemed brand new. The pool was amazing, perfect for both adults and children, and the water was always warm due to the sunny location. Although the food and drinks were not top-notch quality, they were diverse and plentiful. The hotel offered a good value for the price and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Excellent food, service, cleaning, flexibility with late check-out, great location with beach and shops, junior suite with two rooms and bath. Friendly and helpful staff, smiling and supportive restaurant staff, good kitchen with varied buffet and changing menu, delicious pancakes, pleasant terrace at the bar and pool, safe locked parking. We will come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the gorgeous beach. The hotel itself had so much to offer. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff made sure they were properly cleaned every day. The bartenders were kind and friendly, and they made some really great drinks. I also loved the variety of food available. The salads were fresh and tasty, and there was something for everyone. I was very impressed with the service and amenities at this place.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel had good amenities and a decent pool. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff was helpful with directions around the local area. The location was convenient and close to the beach so it was a short walk to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from and was satisfying.

The hotel was quite noisy both during the day and at night. The walls were thin and we could hear every conversation from the neighboring room, as well as the music from the pool area. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to our expectations, and there was a limited range of options for the all-inclusive package.

The views from the rooms at Mena Palace Hotel were absolutely stunning, hard to beat. The hotel had a lot of character and the rooms were beautifully furnished. The location was superb, close to the sea, with secured parking and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally friendly and could speak multiple languages. The rooms were comfortable and there were great entertainment options for both children and adults. The food was tasty and the hotel had spacious and clean rooms. The professional night shows were also a highlight. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially if traveling with friends as there were pubs and clubs nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the maids to the bar staff, all the way up to the manager. The hotel was flexible with the late check-out and we were able to enjoy the all-inclusive service even after the normal check-out time. The location was great for families with young kids, as it was close to the beach and shops. The junior suite with two rooms was perfect for us, and the view of the pool was nice. The free wi-fi was a bonus and worked well during our stay.
