This hostel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city center, close to bars and other attractions. The comfortable beds and constant cleaning make for a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful staff, such as Milena, ensure a hospitable experience. The hostel offers good WiFi, and the whole place is managed via WhatsApp for convenience.

The staff were unprepared, rude, and lazy.

I had a great stay at the hostel. The staff at Hostel Club were extremely accommodating, even allowing me to use the facilities before checking in. Henri at reception was particularly amazing, always going out of his way to help and making my experience extra special. The location of the hostel is convenient, close to Avenida Paulista and within walking distance of museums, metro stations, and various dining options. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, providing a comfortable environment during my stay. The hostel also offers good WiFi and the price is affordable.

There were a few aspects of the hostel that I didn't enjoy. most of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

Price and location were the best aspects of my xmas stay at this hostel. I was able to find an affordable rate and the hostel is conveniently located near metro stations and other amenities, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very hospitable and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were also helpful in providing information and recommendations.- The hostel was clean and offered a good WiFi connection, which was important for staying connected with family and friends during the holiday season.

The shared room I stayed in had loud and squeaky beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was limited space in the room for personal items, making it challenging to keep belongings organized.

We had a great time at the hostel club! The club downstairs was fantastic, offering cheap drinks and lots of fun. Our room was nice and although there was no AC, the fan and window provided a good alternative. The staff was amazing, incredibly nice and helpful. Some of them even spoke English. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Paulista Ave, the main street for everything. The breakfast was good too, and it was free!
