Friendly and helpful staff, good food, and all-inclusive alcohol. No need for cash or tipping. Great poolside snacks and entertainment. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The food was good with a wide variety of options. We appreciated not having to carry cash around and all inclusive drinks included in our stay. The location was close to the airport and had some nice views.

The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms three times due to issues such as broken locks, non-functioning lights, and no hot water during the entire stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool and beach access were great, and live entertainment was a nice touch. The massage at the spa lounge was relaxing, and the private facilities were impressive. The restaurant and snack bar had a great selection, including special diet menus, and the drinks at the bar/lounge were top-notch.

I did have one minor issue with the lack of elevator on the property. It made navigating the venue a bit difficult, especially with luggage.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
