The location is great with beautiful surroundings and close to both the beach and Venice. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely smell, and the bathroom is also spacious. The hotel provides great service and has a nice family-owned atmosphere. Many dining options are available nearby, including a delicious pizza restaurant downstairs.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, so you'll need to find a nearby cafeteria or restaurant.

The hotel provided me with a great experience during my business trip. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed that helped me rest well after my long workdays. The location was perfect for me as it was easy to reach key places like Venice and Treviso quickly. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and even provided me with useful recommendations for local places to eat.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. While it was adequate, there wasn't a wide variety of options to choose from.

The stay was excellent. Late check-in was no problem. Delicious midnight pizza. Perfectly clean, spacious, stylish room. Great location near San Marco. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Super clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Owner's hospitality awesome. Newly renovated. Cozy & impeccably clean. Spacious room & bathroom. Nice & helpful hosts. Convenient location. Lovely pizza restaurant downstairs. Definitely go back. Highly recommend.
