Great location, close to metro and public square. It was nice to experience the everyday life of the locals. Plenty of options to eat and drink nearby. The hotel had a good breakfast with a variety of fresh juices and fruits. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.

Communication with the staff was a bit difficult. The gym had some equipment that was broken.

The laundry service is overpriced and they don't show the prices upfront. The pool is small and not deep enough for swimming.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport, allowing for easy exploration of Rio. Comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning and hot water. Delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Patricia and Gilvan. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Another drawback was poor noise insulation from outside and neighboring rooms.

Located in a great area, close to public transport options and attractions. The hotel offers a free safe in each room for peace of mind. The room was comfortable and quiet, great for a good night's sleep. The rooftop swimming pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxation and taking in the view.

Limited breakfast options, with no vegetables or coffee machine. The rooms are quite small with only one wardrobe even in a three-person room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Flamengo/Catete. The location was perfect, right next to Largo do Machado, and conveniently close to the subway, shops, and the city center. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from fruits to breads to juices, and it was served in a lovely room. The hotel also had excellent Wi-Fi throughout, which was a big plus for me. it was a fantastic experience staying here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
