Great location, close to metro and public square. It was nice to experience the everyday life of the locals. Plenty of options to eat and drink nearby. the hotel had a good breakfast with a variety of fresh juices and fruits. the bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.

Communication with the staff was a bit difficult. the gym had some equipment that was broken.

Wi-Fi works well and the breakfast is nice. the staff is welcoming and helpful.

The laundry service is overpriced and they don't show the prices upfront. the pool is small and not deep enough for swimming.

Delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Patricia and Gilvan. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Another drawback was poor noise insulation from outside and neighboring rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Flamengo/Catete. The location was perfect, right next to Largo do Machado, and conveniently close to the subway, shops, and the city center. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from fruits to breads to juices, and it was served in a lovely room. The hotel also had excellent Wi-Fi throughout, which was a big plus for me. it was a fantastic experience staying here.
