Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. Great pool area and adjacent beach. Two restaurants near the pool, and we enjoyed drinks and pizza. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Lower level room had a view of the pool and could hear the waves at night. Appreciated the bottle of water provided per guest.

No room service provided one night, despite a room attendant coming in and leaving chocolates. Not within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and famous beaches.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The service was amazing, from the friendly staff at the front desk to the helpful concierge who assisted us in booking a last-minute visit to a famous attraction. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a delicious variety of options. The pool area was fantastic, with a well-stocked bar and a breathtaking ocean view. Plus, the hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the soothing sound of the ocean. We were also close to other beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it convenient to explore the city.

Stunning sea view and elegant pool. Delicious breakfast and food in general. Friendly and helpful staff at all restaurants. Safe and secluded location, yet near to shopping areas. A relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The hotel had a private beach, which was a great perk for enjoying some sand and sun. the beach was clean and well-maintained, and it was a nice change from crowded public beaches. Additionally, the hotel had two swimming pools, one of which was specifically for children. This was perfect for families with kids who wanted a safe and fun place to splash around. the staff at the hotel also deserves a shout out - they were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience at the hotel. one of the elevators was out of service, resulting in long wait times to move between floors.

The hotel is absolutely luxurious and fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. Service was impeccable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the spa and wellness centre provided a range of relaxing treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool with a view was stunning. the beach access was an added bonus, with sun loungers available for our use. the location advantages were numerous, being close to famous Rio sights.

Although everything was exceptional, we did experience a minor issue with the poolside snack bar. It was quite busy and could have used additional staff to ensure faster service, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The staff is extremely helpful and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool area and beach access are exceptional. The beds are comfortable. The hotel grounds are very large and well-maintained.

The facilities were incredible, just like staying in a luxurious resort minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was perfect for my young family, with a kids club, soccer court, and a heated pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our two young children. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering plenty of delicious Brazilian options. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Rio.

Great outdoor amenities. Direct beach access. Stunning views of Ipanema beach, Christ the Redeemer, and Sugar Loaf. Clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly check-in, contemporary lobby, spacious room with ocean view, good water pressure, on-site restaurants with great food.

I had a wonderful stay at a resort minutes from Leblon beach. The staff was amazing, always providing excellent service. The room was comfortable with a huge bed, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options to choose from. The pool area had an awesome view of the ocean. I also enjoyed the nice upgrade and the possibility of negotiating a late checkout. The location was perfect, away from the hustle of Copacabana beach but still close to restaurants and shopping areas.

One of the elevators was out of service, causing a slight inconvenience.

I also loved the fact that our lower level room offered a beautiful view of the pool, and sometimes the sound of waves at night. The staff were helpful and Guillherme at the Club Level Concierge was outstanding. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton in Rio. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the pool area was much larger and inviting than I expected. The staff at the hotel bar were incredibly kind and made my experience enjoyable. The beach was also bigger than I imagined, and the walk to Ipanema was shorter than anticipated. I also appreciated the drink tickets that came with the resort fee. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rio.

Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room on the 14th floor had a stunning view of the ocean and the nearby favela, providing a unique and fascinating experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the team at the beach restaurant. The hotel location was perfect, offering a semi-secluded atmosphere ideal for families. The amenities and pool area were exceptional, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The breakfast menu could have been better with more consistency in communication. On our second morning, we were told that breakfast was included for all guests on our reservation, but the next day we were informed differently, causing confusion.

The Christmas party was great, with complimentary drinks and food. Plus, they gave us a small gift on Christmas morning which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. the pool and restaurant areas were fantastic, with a wide range of food options and attentive staff.

The room was not up to standard, with stained carpets and a smelly bathroom. the service was slow at times, and it took a while for our requests to be fulfilled.
