The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, especially towards my child. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the beach, Guarujá, and a big shopping mall.

The location was fantastic, as it was close to the beach and right in front of a shopping mall. Not having breakfast included turned out to be a blessing, as we could easily find delicious açai, coconut, and other treats in the neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the indoor pool was a great option on the rainy days. The dinner at the main restaurant was amazing, and we enjoyed a quiet and delicious meal while our daughter ordered room service. it was a fantastic experience!

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. The pool area could get crowded with kids jumping and screaming, which made it difficult to relax.
